This study explores how psychological, motivational, & identity-related factors influence injury recovery & re-injury anxiety among collegiate female athletes. Specifically, it examines how athletic identity, perfectionism, sport motivation, & anxiety symptoms contribute to athletes’ mental health outcomes following a recent sport-related injury.

Researchers at the University of Utah are seeking current NCAA Division I student-athletes in their final year of eligibility and former NCAA Division I student-athletes who completed their collegiate careers within the past 5 years. This 15-minute survey explores health, wellness, and experiences transitioning out of collegiate sports. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card.

Researchers at the University of Utah are seeking current NCAA Division I student-athletes in their final year of eligibility and former NCAA Division I student-athletes who completed their collegiate careers within the past 5 years. Participants will join a one-time, 90-minute virtual focus group to discuss experiences transitioning out of collegiate sports. Eligible participants will receive a $50 gift card.
