Trying to maintain a positive attitude when there are responsibilities competing for your attention would be hard enough. But these student-athletes understand that consistency in showing up and committing to pushing forward with a strong work ethic is what makes them stronger. Focusing on hard things when you just want to take a breath is a challenge. But focusing on the task in front of you and giving it your all is the type of mentality that wins championship!

The LSU Cox Communications Academic Center for Student-Athletes (CCACSA) recognizes student-athletes for their scholastic and community achievements each month. Student-athletes are chosen based on their commitment to academic success and for their devotion to volunteerism and service to the community.
