“It was the Monday after a very long 3-days of LSU hosting the state track and field meet. Our managers had all departed campus for the year. Since it was the last event of the year in the prestigious Bernie Moore and Carl Maddox facilities, it meant it was time to put equipment away until next season. Stepping outside of their roles, not afraid to get dirty, sweat a little, and put in some good functional athletic training, all 3 rolled up their sleeves and went to work. 4-hours straight of moving equipment, organizing, cleaning, with no regard for their own safety and well-being. The storage room has never looked so clean and organized. True blue collar workers when they could've have easily slipped away.” ~nominated by Todd Lane
