March 2024: Most Value-Able Players!

These team members have been nominated by their colleagues for demonstrating our core values in their work.

Ashleigh Gnat, Gymnastics Assistant Coach – RESPECT

Working with Ashleigh on Gymnastics projects is a delight because she is extremely forthright in educating me on different aspects of the sport of gymnastics to guide our creative decisions. Her feedback is thorough and extremely respectful. She doesn't discriminate against folks who haven't worked as closely with gymnastics before and has given me an entirely new appreciation for this awesome sport! ~nominated by Emily Dean

Maia Grisafi, Director of Premium Seating – PERSERVERANCE

Maia has continuously personified perseverance through her work at TAF. She worked tirelessly as an intern to make a positive impact and earned a full-time role as Assistant Director. While serving as Assistant Director, Maia demonstrated grit through a strenuous and extended baseball season, which included long games, rain delays, Regionals, and Super Regionals! Regardless of long hours, nights, and weekends, Maia thrived with her positive attitude, empathetic leadership, and warm welcome to all donors, fans, and gameday workers. While still in the role of Assistant Director, Maia went above and beyond and stepped up to lead the Tiger Den Suites this fall, which is a huge task for anyone. With her hard work and perseverance, Maia has been elevated to the Director level and now oversees all events in premium seating spaces and will oversee the South Club this fall. Never slowing down, Maia has gone from one busy season to another and continues to sacrifice for the team. She has come out of each challenge even better than before. We’re proud of Maia, and we’re so lucky to have her on our team! ~nominated by Jamie Hall

Giovanni Lamonte, Creative Content Producer - EXCELLENCE

Going above in beyond in his work ethic to showcase our gymnastics team success. You can see the passion in every project he takes on especially his sec gym hype video. On top of that he finds time to assist others including myself when called upon. ~nominated by Ryan Sehrer

Kyle Koncar, Assistant Director of Operations – EXCELLENCE, SERVICE

When softball played Texas on a Tuesday at 11am, Kyle obtained a food truck and provided vouchers so we could invite our team members to attend the game and receive a free lunch. It allowed us to support our softball team on an incredible day to a big win! ~nominated by Andre Tepe

Bryan Paar, Director of Athletic Operations (PMAC) – EXCELLENCE, PERSERVERANCE, RESPECT, SERVICE

In the late hours of March 14, Bryan exemplified numerous core values when he responded to a mechanical issue at the PMAC. Working well beyond midnight, his diligence allowed us to resume operations the next day and avoid significant disruption, not only to LSU but to visiting teams expecting to compete. Bryan's dependability goes well beyond this instance and we are so appreciative of his efforts and the support he consistently shows to those around him. ~nominated by Keli Zinn
