March 2024: Most Value-Able Players!

These team members have been nominated by their colleagues for demonstrating our core values in their work.

Jaden Rogers, Athletic Operations Manager – SERVICE

Eddie and Jaden went out of their way to assist in putting out pom-poms prior to the Auburn gymnastics meet late on a Thursday night. The staff arrived to put out pom-poms in the arena at 9pm following an event that was in the PMAC. Eddie and Jaden were at the event and instead of leaving, saw what we were doing, and asked to help. They assisted in us quickly getting 7000 pom-poms out to be ready for the gymnastics meet and baseball Opening Day all happening the next day. Their service to help another department so we could be as efficient as possible was greatly appreciated! ~nominated by Alex Sjobakken

Matthew Savoy, Director of Premium Seating- RESPECT, SERVICE

Matthew goes out of his way at Alex Box Stadium to check in with Skip and Sandy Bertman as well as Dr. and Sylvia Woodward when they attend baseball games. He knows their preferences whether it is for soda or stats sheets and is always attentive to make sure they have what they need. (nominated anonymously)

Eddie St-Vil, Director of Training and Leadership Development – INTEGRITY, RESPECT, SERVICE

A colleague recently shared with me how Eddie paused what he was doing to check in on her well-being. It's a story I have heard echoed by numerous others, illustrating the profound impact Eddie has on those around him. Even when he's not present, his name fills the room, a testament to his positive influence on work culture. ~nominated by Shaeeta Williams

Kylee Sulser, Assistant Director of Ticket Operations - EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, GROWTH

Kylee did an excellent job managing the tickets for the softball game versus Texas. It was the first field trip game for softball and required attention to the logistics of season ticket holder seating locations as well as the students attending the game. She kept everyone organized and contributed to a successful day for our team and our visitors! ~nominated by Miriam Segar
